Looking to retire in Bali with an Retirement Visa?
We make it simple!

If you’re planning to apply for an Indonesian Retirement Visa in Bali, you probably know it comes with a few important requirements:

  • You need a valid Passport with at least 18 months remaining;

  • You must provide a Retirement Income Statement or Bank Statement showing an income of at least USD $3,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months;

  • You must have a valid Bali Lease Agreement (for a long-term stay in Bali of 6 or 12 months);

  • You must employ at least one Indonesian staff member.

Good news!

When you choose to live at GILDED PALMS, we make two of those requirements easy!

Your Lease — Sorted!

By signing a Gilded Palms long-term lease in Bali, you’ll have an official “Bali long-stay rental agreement” that meets the Indonesian Retirement Visa requirement.

Local Staff — Covered!

When you stay with us, you’ll automatically be employing Indonesian staff — we have dedicated local team members who help maintain your room and the property, giving you peace of mind and fulfilling the local employment requirement.

This is why Gilded Palms is one of the best places to live in Bali for visa holders looking for peace, privacy, and community.
